Broad School Professor of Supply Chain Management Srinivas (Sri) Talluri has been named a department co-editor for IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, a leading technology management journal. Talluri will be responsible for the Models and Methodologies Department and would oversee areas that include Supply Chain Management, Technology Management, Risk Management, New Product Design and Development, Distribution and Logistics Management and others.

Talluri is also an associate editor for the Decision Sciences Journal and the International Journal of Production Research, and an associate and feature editor for POMS Chronicle. He has also recently been named director of the Broad School's Master's of Science in Operations and Engineering Management program.

His research interests include purchasing and supply chain management with emphasis on supplier evaluation and rationalization, buyer-seller negotiation models, and optimal supply network design; technology evaluation and justification with emphasis on advanced manufacturing and information technologies; and multi-factor models for performance evaluation and process improvement in manufacturing and service industries.
