Logistics

Location and Lodging

All activities will be held at the Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center on the campus of Michigan State University in East Lansing. The MSU campus is a beautiful park-like environment located on more than 5,000 acres of land with an extensive network of walkways and bike paths. Participants will be housed in single rooms with private bath at the Kellogg Center. We have reserved a block of rooms at the conference venue (The Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center) at the reduced rate of $105 per night. When making your reservations, please tell them you are with the "Institute for Community College Faculty" and use Group Code IBC053115. Participants will have access to the recreational facilities of the University.

Transportation

Lansing's Capital City Airport is located approximately 20 minutes from the Kellogg Center and is served by Delta, Sun Country and United Airlines. Participants flying into Lansing will want to take a cab from the airport. Alternately, participants may fly into Detroit Metropolitan Airport in Romulus, Michigan. Detroit's airport is approximately 1 hour 15 minutes from the Kellogg Center. Participants flying into Detroit will want to rent a car or ride the Michigan Flyer to East Lansing and then take a cab from downtown East Lansing to the Kellogg Center.
