Rob Spohr (Montcalm Community College) and Sarah Singer (MSU-CIBER) will present on the 2017 FDIB program to SE Asia that resulted in a Fulbright award for Montcalm to develop a partnership with Manado State Polytechnic, North Sulawesi Province, Sulawesi Island, Indonesia.
