"I wanted to write to thank you again for the excellent program at the Advanced IBI. You both put great effort into, not only the planning, but also the execution, and it showed. The sessions were remarkable for their lack of overlap and yet they were complementary throughout. The breakout sessions were also well done. A number of us had quite a bit of time to kill Thursday afternoon at the Lansing Airport and we continued to talk about ideas generated by the conference.
