2009 China Faculty Development in International Business Program

Participants in the China: An Emerged Economic Powerhouse in the Global Economy program gain firsthand knowledge of the dynamic growth of two of China's leading economic regions, the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta/Hong Kong, and see how China is being transformed from a planned economy into a globally competitive market oriented economy. They visit Shanghai, Hangzhou, Guangzhou and Hong Kong. Hosted by the University of Colorado Denver and the University of Maryland.
